This is a family day we are organising connecting people with what’s happening in their local community. Many of us will be doing the Darkness into Light walk, but what can we do daily, weekly, monthly or when we need it to support our wellbeing on an ongoing basis so things don’t get to crisis point?
At the Wellfest we have a full day planned of fun activities for all. Here’s a little summary:
Cosy Corner (Kids Area) – face painting, yoga, cookery, art, bug hotel making, Zumba, Street Acro
Adults – Weights, yoga, a talk from the wonderful Catherine who is slimming for Pieta House, gut fermentation workshops…and so much more!
We would love any volunteers who would like to help out, the more the merrier.
