Are there parts of being a parent you would like to talk about?
Would you like to understand what is happening as your child’s brain is developing and explore how to support them?
At this 5 week course we explore parenting & children’s brain development. We explore why children do the things they do, and how parents can best support them.
We explore common parenting areas such as anxiety, anger, parental concerns for children’s future and much more.
The group is kept small so the course is personalised to each participants particular needs.
There is weekly acupuncture for mind and body relaxation. Please note that due to changes in insurance, acupuncture is no longer available during pregnancy.
